1% Interest rate due?

Hi team Chip.

I was expecting a 1% interest rate on my easy access savings from the 15th but my app still shows 0.9%. Have I misunderstood something? Can you advise?

Have you updated to the latest version of the app? One came out yesterday which should then show it…

Sadly back to 0.01p interest after reinvesting :sob: :joy: Oh well - hopefully better off in the long run!

Mine was showing 1% but now it only shows 0.3% but if I click on “Info” it then shows 0.5% and 0.5% “Chip Bonus Rate”.

Which one is correct?

It is 0.3% from 29th November.

Chip need to update that other screen as it is misleading.

The HTB terms confirm 0.3% interest and the Chip terms confirm no bonus is now accrued.
