A Bug’s Life: from initial reports to fixed & deployed

I recently wrote an article outlining our process with regards to how reporting something in live chat turns into a bug fix on the Chip app (taken from a live chat/customer perspective - I’ll leave the technical stuff to the much more tech-versed people that build the app! :joy:)
