If I wasnt a PM in the know, I’d have no idea what ‘scrum master’, ‘product owner’, ‘scrum’, ‘sprints’ and ‘sprint reviews’ mean
Might be worth explaining agile working to everyone!

Very good idea! I’m more than happy to write up a Chip-specific scrum document if people are interested.
I’ve also written a keynote which I used for an internal meeting about Scrum, if you want to have a read, drop me your email (I can’t attach it on here) and i’ll send it over! It covers the Scrum roles, ceremonies and artefacts, although there are no slide notes to explain each page, so if you have any questions at all i’m here
