App not working - contact us

Deposited thousands in Chip which just led to a black screen. Money was taken from my account but no confirmation from Chip.

Tried to click Help Centre and Contact Us from the app and whenever I click them it does nothing. If I click dark mode or any other option they work fine.

This may be a good suppression method however it’s hugely frustrating and I can’t contact anyone now.

Does anyone else have the same issue? is the customer services email address.

Many thanks - I emailed them already but received no reply or confirmation of receipt. The app still won’t allow me to select contact us or help centre.

What a dreadful service. A company taking money but then making it difficult to ask for help. They can keep their ‘market leading’ interest rate. For the sake of a few fractions of a % , I’ll move my money elsewhere to companies that understand what good customer service looks like

Do you have the latest version of the app 4.56.0? I find if your not on the latest version the app doesn’t load properly.

Yep latest version. I’m on the latest version of Android too.
