Morning I am getting a try again message with a red bar that says cancelled at the top? Tried deleting and redownloading the app and rebooting my iphone still no luck
App not working on Android, stopped working a week ago. Tried wiping App cache and data with no joy.
Any eta for a fix?

Mine is still not working what is the contact for more help please? Tried deleting and re installing, resetting phone, with and without wifi!! Still got the same error message as the previous screen shot.
Disgraceful that the app still isn’t working for people.
The customer services email address is email@example.com I believe. If you’ve tried that, I’m not sure what the next step is.
