App notifications

Hi,

Since installing the latest version of the app, I am no longer receiving notifications about saves. All the settings are correct, I’ve deleted and re-installed the app but that hasn’t fixed the problem. Any idea how I can resolve this?

Hi! This is a known bug which only affects iOS, and only if you’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

We’re working on getting it fixed ASAP. :slightly_smiling_face:

Was this ever resolved? I still don’t get notifications of an automatic save.

Hi @AFlynn ,

This was fixed a while back, I’d double check the notification permissions within your iPhone Settings under “Chip”. If you don’t see a notification permission toggle within that screen, then I’d suggest to delete/reinstall the app as you should be prompted for to allow the use of notifications after signing in.

Thanks, Jack! My notifications have always been on but have just reinstalled the app. I’ll have to wait and see if that’s solved it.
