Just a quick message from me to let you all know that after 2 1/4 years at Chip, it’s time for me to move on to pastures anew. As many of you will know (or have experienced!), I’ve headed up Chip’s customer success team - a team I’m incredibly proud of, and who work incredibly hard to give you all as great a user experience as they can. @harryfchip will be stepping into my shoes, and he’s going to do a fantastic job.
Working at Chip has been exciting, exhausting, exhilarating (I love alliteration, I can’t help it) and entertaining. The team are absolutely fantastic, and I have every faith that they’re going to (continue) to create the greatest savings account in the world. I’d like to thank @SimonChip publicly for the opportunity that he gave me in November 2017 - I’m eternally grateful. Here’s to Chip becoming a unicorn!
