“Cancelled” the app on iOS isn’t working

When I try and open the app, it just states “cancelled” and when I hit “try again” it doesn’t do anything apart from the same error message.

I’ve reinstalled the app and done a clean install on iPad and both are not working!


Exactly the same on my iPhone, it was fine yesterday evening.
