I’ve set up a new CHIP account. However, I can’t link my First Direct account. When I try to input my First Direct account login details I get an error message. Can anybody help me?

Tech Support say there’s a fix in place and I should try again in 24hrs.

Did you find a solution? this has been happening to me also…now my debit card isn’t being accepted… and i had cash in there!
