I was subscribed to Chip AI and all was working fine, but my card expired and I did not update Chip in time for a seamless process. I was put back onto chip basic and now it won’t let me upgrade again even though my new card has been updated on Chip. I tried to go through live chat, but it seems they were unable to help and they seem to have just given up now. No response to my last message. My bank is Starling. Could someone get back to me?
