Capdesk problem

Hi, after seeing a post about Capdesk I decided to check it out. I created an account using my (Chip) email and tried to add my Chip account. It keeps saying ‘Peter Bennett (me) already has a ‘live’ investment in Chip Financial Ltd.’ and then says that I have no investments?
Any ideas, please?

You don’t have to add your Chip account yourself. Capdesk clearly knows who you are, so your email must be correct and you’re in the system somewhere, so I’d address your concerns to them.

Contact CapDesk it’s their issue not Chip’s.
