Chip Authentication Not Working

Hi,

I have been a member with Chip for a couple of months and was working perfectly until yesterday. I noticed that it asked to authenticate my bank account. I followed the process and after selecting the required account, it states that it’s unable to action an authentication call as it doesn’t recognise any contact numbers.

I have had the same telephone number for years and haven’t changed either accounts.

Any help would be appreciated!
