I remember some mention of a new £0.50 withdrawal fee a few weeks back. However I can’t see any mention of it in the “View Plans” pages within the app. Has the fee been scrapped?
If not, does it apply to both ChipLite and ChipAI plans?

The fee has been postponed but will be well notified when it comes in. Was mentioned on here last week about it

That page doesn’t mention a withdrawal fee but the October fees document (which has a live link on website) does:
Assuming the withdrawal fee has indeed been put on hold perhaps the fees document should be edited or removed.
