Opening a new account for my wife to deposit the rest of our joint account savings from another bank & we’ve run into the same nightmare problems I had last week with deposits. We raised a chat using the app 4 hours ago and still no reply , now going back into the app the chat has disappeared. It’s incredibly poor customer service. I realise security is important but not having enough staff to solve problems is so frustrating. How else can we contact someone?
