My partner and I are trying to find a way of getting interim statements up to as recent as possible as we need it as proof of funds
No one is getting back to us
Has anyone had any luck with this?
Normally, the support team are quite good at coming back within 24-48hrs (often sooner).
I don’t think you can get interim statements through the app - something for Chip to add as a feature.
Perhaps you will just have to wait until your next statement is produced. I know that doesn’t help if you need the proof of funds before month-end but it may be the best you can do.
