I have tried the messaging app and for the last 3 days messages are not going through just keeps saying sending.
I have tried using Wi-Fi and phone data - same problem…
Any thought?

Pretty sure you have to empty your chip savings into the original account, disconnect and then reconnect the new one. Check out the FAQs though
Can’t empty as my bank account switched to a new bank…
But they did eventually reply to a message 4 days later as it seemed I could reply to an open ticket but not create a new one…
They said only one ticket can be active at a time…
Still slow poor service!
