Intelligent? Or just greedy?

I see AI as a they. You see it so many times when you have to contact Customer Service anywhere, they so often try to blame ‘the computer’ when in fact it is ‘they’ the people who input the information who are at fault.

The operative word is ‘programmed’. Without the correct information to start with whoever or whatever you are, you can only do so much.

It seems there are wrong answers after all. You’re allowed to call AI ‘he’ ‘she’ or ‘genderless’ but certainly no umbrella terms that cover any of them as people then start crying.
