Been waiting til the end of March for my monthly statement but still have nothing and I need it for proof of funds. The help centre is pretty terrible they replied and then stopped replying. When do the statements come out on the app and how long does it take for the help centre to get back to you?
I can’t remember if help centre is same as chat function but usually pretty quickly, like inside a day except on weekends/holidays
