Upgrade issue - connectivity

Hello. I’m trying to upgrade to Chip AI but keep being told that there are “connectivity issues”. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried live chat through the app? But you won’t get a response till Monday at least.

I’m also getting an error whilst trying to connect.
Invalid type and status combination (type 1 status 4).

I normally get a notification of a chip deposit twice weekly and the latest one did not notify but the transaction was still processed.

I have one of our engineers looking into this issue now. I am sorry about this problem, will let you know as soon as it’s fixed.

If you could go ahead and reconnect your bank with the Chip app that should fix this problem.
